I had bad experience with dental care in this clinic. The women in the front desk were very nasty especially who's name ( Lisa ). I recommend you to not visit this clinic, it's one of bad clinics at all.

The staff is always very patient and helpful with any health needs of their patients. They also help with alcohol/substance use disorders and have a dental clinic that accepts Medicaid patients. They work hard to ensure the highest level of care possible for each of their patients.

I have went here for over 15 years. I love most of the people here. But, with having a lot low income people that you serve, that comes with a lot of trauma. And, the staff is not "Trauma Informed" not even the mental health staff. Trauma informed is not a few hour lecture or course. It's a six month to a year long course that is taken to get a certification. I have been traumatized and shamed during a routine obgyn appt, and recently during one of my therapy sessions. And, then the situation in the notes on mychart wasnot accurate.
