“Susan did a fantastic job at calming my nerves during the process of microblading my eyebrows. She explained what she was doing, made sure I felt comfortable, listened to my expectations, then executed a mutual plan to get the desired results. She made sure I understood what changes to expect during the following 2 weeks of the healing process. I have now completed the touch up session as well. My brows look completely natural with a better shape than my original brows! I no longer need to use a brow pencil at all. I truly believe that Susan is the best at what she does! I feel that explaining the process and recovery, as well as taking my thoughts into consideration, were a big factor in having a positive experience!“

“I visited Glam Smiles on July 2, 2024. During my visit I was thoroughly impressed. First let's talk location. Glam Smiles is located in a fairly busy location. It is on a high traffic street but there is parking available in the back of the building. This is a huge plus and shows an appreciation for customers visiting. Second, The establishment is well maintained, EXTREMELY clean, and has a beautiful aesthetic. The decor is inviting and suitable for creating a calming atmosphere. Third and most important......customer service.......Sherrie greeted me with a warm welcome as I entered. She immediately started to attend to my desires for our tooth gem session. Sherrie was informative and patient. This was my first experience and she made sure I completely understood the process step by step. With every question I asked she maintained professionalism as well as being personable. This made me excited as well as comfortable with the procedure. She was very hygienic during the entire process. I watched her disinfect the gem station prior to me entering and before I left she disinfected the entire area again! Win! Win! For me, I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to cleanliness. Sherrie informed me of the best options for my desired look and her expertise in her craft showed during my session. After care procedures were addressed thoroughly and repeated for clarification. My only suggestion/concern......if I have to have one......, would be to have a form with after-care instructions for us 'Aunties" with limited memory. I was so pleased with Sherrie's work that I may not remember everything she said. I absolutely love the tooth gem service rendered at Glam Smiles and highly recommend this business. “I was impressed with my experience at Amazing Lash. I’ve been getting my lashes done on and off for about nine years, so I’m familiar with the general process, but I learned a few new things during my service – such as, how to handle the lashes while washing to make it less likely to break the bond. I also appreciated that they present the different offerings in a visual way that makes it easier to identify what might appeal to you most. I liked the private, cozy rooms, adjustable tables and provided blanket. The lash stylist enters notes about your session, including the humidity conditions, into a wall-mounted tablet—they maintain this central record system so if you have to come in and see someone else for a fill, they know what to do, which extensions to use and what look you’re expecting. This a big benefit, especially when you get to be in a pinch and really need a fill and can’t see your regular person. I also found the price to be incredibly reasonable, and the timing was on point. (I have had to leave other extensionists because the fills simply take too long -- beautiful work, but I can't swing the time investment.) Finally, the manager is very good, very professional and truly cares about customer satisfaction.“
