I have been working out here for 5 years. I love it so much I became a trainer and now work there. This place provides great strength and metabolic workouts that are always challenging. Everyone makes you feel at home there, and I never feel intimidated.

Best training center I have ever been to! I have been a member for almost 10 years and have nothing but good things to say about this gym. The staff and atmosphere are always positive and encouraging. You may pay a little more for this gym than the other run of the mill and overcrowded fitness centers, but I can honestly say it is 100% worth it for what you get in return. I have never seen a gym that is so good about making sure you have proper form. They are also very good about modifying movements and exercises for participants based on your ability. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to change up their exercise or is trying to get started with one...read full review

Love Ellipse! Always a great workout and changes all the time to keep you motivated! The coaches are great and understanding your needs and helping to modify workouts to fit those needs! And it works!!!
