The worse experience ever. Had to have a crown replaced several times, 2018, 2020 and now 2023. Go in for an emergency appointment and was told by Dr. Aubert that my crown even though I had the crown that spilt that I needed a new one. I said okay but I need to know why this continues to happen he said I really don’t know. The last time was the technology used was cheap per Dr. Aubert. Today after being scheduled, Sarah told me that I needed to pay for the new crown because “we are not doing it for free and we told you that you needed a night guard” I told her that I wasn’t made aware of the night guard but what does that have to do with the crown splitting after... read full review

I will not be going back to Dr. Aubert. Great dentist but billing is horrible. on my last visit I asked for an itemized bill before I received any service . Up on completion of services my bill had magically doubled. My hygienist decided I needed x-rays . I’ve already had two sets of x-rays this year but it increased my bill by approximately $300.00 dollars.

I have had bad experiences at dental offices before but I have never had a Doctor treat me so poorly. He was upset about my time in between visits with my Invisalign and he literally would not look at me or speak to me directly. It was the rudest experience and particularly unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. Invisalign was not for me but I know it’s worked well for many others. If you choose Invisalign do not choose to get them here. Worst experience!
