Love the groomer lady. Super nice Christian lady! She always gets me right in. Only place I take my dog!!!! Price is fair. Always done quickly and beautifully. He always gets a little bandana to come home in and smells amazing. I recommend the oil treatment as well. It has a wonderful fragrance and stays on my dog for a really long time. Best groomer ever.
All in all great experience for my pup's first haircut. Diane did call me honey, but that wasn't a problem at all. I also never addressed Diane calling me honey as a problem and had I done so I'm sure she wouldn't have called me that. She gave my 4 and a half month old pup a $65 dollar cut and fit him in the day of. Just so everyone knows she doesn't do big dogs, although my dog isn't big yet she said since he was so well mannered we could potentially keep coming back. She allotted an hour out of her what seemed to be busy schedule to fit my pup in and got him out before time was up. Diane also gives a $4 oil rub down for free to any first time customers. I know her reviews aren't great on here but I highly advise anyone with a young or small pup who's needing a chop to give Diane a chance.
