I don't feel like Wood, the barber, wants to cut my son's hair. We have been here three times now. Wood was busy talking to other customers and did not ask my son how he wanted his hair cut. Twice we have asked him to sponge his hair. The first time I don't know why he did not do it, the second time he said he forgot to bring his sponge. He said that most people just sponge their own hair. In the passed we tried videos on YouTube but we weren't able to get the look we wanted. That's why we need a barber. He did advise us on how to use the sponge and suggest using coconut oil. My son's hair looks like he barely touched it. I really felt like crying when I left Cuts R US....read full review
