Had my appointment 03/28/24 at 11:00AM. The front office area was very clean and 3 ladies were taking care of customers. I had completed my paper work on line. I picked out my frames while waiting my turn. I have used this location in the past since they are in the net work for my Essence Insurance & close to home. Every one was very pleasant, very helpful and explained my bill/co-pay. The eye doctor was just great and also explained my exam in terms I could understand.

Dr. Alexa Kojima and her staff at Crown Vision were amazing from the moment we stepped into her business until we clarified our orders for our updated prescriptions. I had been searching for another OD since my previous one's company started over billing, incorrectly billing for covered procedures, and not being able to correct them with assistance from my insurance. It was frustrating to say the least. I have been going to this location on Watson for years and have always had a good experience. The staff is always friendly and professional and I love Dr. Alexa. They always take their time and make sure you are comfortable and they answer any questions you have . I recommend Crown vision on Watson to everyone
