We had a great experience with Coldstream Exteriors. We worked with Kevin and Greg to get a new roof put on our home, and they were great! They were quick to reply to questions and set the project in motion. The crew was able to do the garage and house roofing in 1 day, which was so great because we work from home. It turned out beautifully and we plan to work with Coldstream in the future.
The Coldstream team was quick to respond following storms in 2023 that resulted in a roof leak. Fast forward a year later, they diagnosed another leak source and offered two options—repair or replace. With 1 year of life likely remaining on my roof I chose replace and Andy was amazing to work with. From materials selection to finish and cleanup. I am very impressed by the customer service and finished product.
Coldstream did a great job replacing just a portion of my roof (low slope area) that was leaking. Great visit by Brandon...no pressure selling, and great job with the installation and cleanup. I'm completely satisfied and will consider Coldstream when I need to have new shingles on the remainder of my roof.
