Top Level has been our cleaning service for more than five years. We started out with Tara and Sheila at that time and always have either one or the other or both plus perhaps one more assistant. These women are trustworthy and do a great job at all times. They call the night before to let me know approximately what time they will be there depending upon the schedule of the day. They have earned my trust to the point that they have a key to my home so I don't have to be there. They use their own initiative to make sure my home is spotless when they leave. If I want them to focus on something special, they gladly take care of it. Thanks to them I can freely schedule entertaining people because I know they will come the day they are scheduled and then I can do the fun entertaining/decorating setup after they leave.

I was very pleased with the expediency and professionalism the people at TLC had to offer. They were friendly, informative and best of all fast and thorough. I used them for a move out clean from my large apartment and they cleaned things I didn't even mention without adding more time or padding the bill. I will recommend them to everyone.
