Zero stars! My first time ever ordering cpap supplies and it's a nightmare! I am leaving bjc immediately! This is unacceptable for a medical supply facility. I am beyond in need of a new face mask and they keep saying waiting on Dr order. Dr has sent order numerous times! I can't believe what this supply facility does to people!

The folks in BJC Home Care Services seems very confused. I visited this location on Belt Way and the employees were so out of touch about the item I came to pick up. My doctor ordered me a brace that the girl told me to pick up and when I got there I was told it wasn't in - then she said we have one brace but not 2. Then the same girl said oh we have to order the brace because it's not the one we thought it was

Looks like they are driving each other crazy with miscommunication but I'm not going to let them drive me crazy. Whomever the supervisor is in the ordering knee/walking devices really need to sit down with her group and make sure the employees are on...read full review

It has taken a second day and 6 phone calls to report and request a replacement for a shipment of an incorrect CPAP hose connection.
No results yet, and the last call was requesting the same information as I provided yesterday afternoon. As I am writing this, another call, from Gracie, seems to indicate resolution of the request. Thank you. Nonetheless, the first persons to answer a call, "screeners" I guess, don't have it together for us to connect to the correct department. It's an annoying system, like 'chinese checkers'. 5 stars for Gracie, otherwise, one star.
