We were living in Maine when we decided to move to St. Louis. I reached out to an acquaintance in STL who connected me with Karen Cowie. She was super responsive even though we were so far away. She did video walk-throughs of several houses for us and when we came to visit in August she made herself very available to us to show us as many houses as we wanted to see.
