This last go around with this company has been very disappointing,
I was ask to put my mom in hospice, this is how this was told to me, when it was time to discharge her this was a way she would continue to get care and I could get help with her. NOT only was this incorrect info hospice thought they were getting a person that was at end of life which is not the case. when I took her to see her doctor clearly he was surprised to see she was fine and he had been given misinformation. When the new service company started they were wondering why this was suggested when their RN did the intake on my mom. if you use this company the advice I give is to question everything...read full review

Absolutely horrible company. Very rude and unprofessional. Everyone is passive aggressive while talking. Has employees smoking illegal substances in parking lots and doesn’t care. 0/10 recommend.I addressed my concerns about it on 11/15 with Miranda and Michelle. So that’s a lie.

All- Please be aware this company will allow their employees to falsify time overcharging their clients and will not refund your money. I have been trying since May of 2023 to get them to refund the 5hrs they owe me for overcharging my aunt who is on a fixed income. It's all about the money with them. Please beware and do not use this company.
