Despite 6+ months of repairs and associated fees, Authorized Elevator has failed to diagnose or fix the problem causing my building's lift to go out twice a week. People have frequently been trapped in the broken elevator car outside work hours, requiring a call to the fire department to pry them free. And the company's communication about what they're doing to resolve the issue has been frustratingly opaque. They show up, do *something*, charge a fee, and the car breaks again three days later, possibly with people inside.
I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your maintenance or repair.

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am disappointed to state that this has been the WORST encounter I have had with any service provider.In an attempt to address a pre-existing issue, they proceeded to install a new gasket and sensors, purportedly to rectify the problem. Following the completion of their work, the elevator malfunctioned, resulting in frequent entrapments with guests inside, presenting an alarming safety hazard.
