All my clothes smell like mildew. When I complained, they told me they could not smell but would dry clean my clothes again. They said they cleaned, but smell never went away.

Moved to Kirkwood and decided to try the American Cleaners on Manchester road in 63122. Took in a white shirt in to be laundered and it came back with dirt all over it. I brought this up to Claire who apologized and said she would have it cleaned again at no charge. As she wrote the ticket to have it cleaned again, Ms. Hilda said to Claire. "Tell that man he gonna have to pay for that his self. We don't spot check our shirts and we don't do no cleanings for free." Great staff. Very friendly. Never had any issues getting my clothes back on time.
