The carpet was short ordered to be price competitive. The carpet was not wrapped and was delivered with the one end of several rolls filthy and unwrapped to protect it during the delivery process. It looked as if the rolls were dragged through the warehouse after cutting. The installers said not to worry, they can trim the dirty ends...., huh! Very poor installation, you can easily see the seams in the hallway. The carpet they removed showed absolutely no seams. This is a great place to get carpet ideas but we will not use them again.

Ambassador recently replaced the carpet in several rooms of our house with hardwood. Beginning with our sales contact, Clair Pangilinan, through the scheduler, and ending with the installers, Travis, Brian/Bryan, and Anthony, and a final visit upon completion of the installation by Joe Guldner, we could not be happier. Clair is a no-nonsense guy, thorough, efficient, and to the point. He laid out our options and quickly provided a proposal and helped with financing. I had Midwest come stretch and clean my hall and living carpets. Jessedid a wonderful job. My carpet wrinkles disappeared and after cleaning looked band new. Jesse was even able to work around my entertainment center like they say in their ad. Next time I need any type of carpet work done I will definitely call Midwest and ask for Jesse.
