First time for my pup Jaxon and I think he loved it! He was happy and wagging his tail when I picked him up. I love their business model: drop off in the morning and then pick up whenever they’re ready or when you have a chance. Jaxon has always hated being caged in other groomers he’s been to. It was a relief to not hear him whining and barking when I came to pick him up. They’re the perfect fit for Jaxon’s personality. He also looks great after that grooming. Love the bandana he got!
We have been a customer for several years. The owner and her staff are all very compassionate to the dogs, and do a great job grooming our Samoyed. Prices have risen quite a bit but understandable in the recent economic circumstances. Despite that, I haven't shopped around because I feel Amanda's skill and care are great. I recommend this business to my friends with dogs.
We've tried many groomers and have finally found one that does not cage the pets and actually cares about them. I cannot recommend them enough. They know my dog by name and his quirks. He gets to play with the other dogs during his downtime. He is never apprehensive about going there, which is a good sign. This little gem may not be fancy, but they do a fabulous job and my dog always looks great.
