The hairstylist didn't show up for my appointment which had been booked a month in advance. I had seen the same type of review but hoped it wouldn't happen to me. I haven't had any luck getting into this salon since December 2023.

Website allowed me to book for 11:30a last night. Arrived for my appointment on the dot to a male barber informing me that Alice is not present. And the dude was like, "yeah, there's a business card you can just give her a call" I was like, "No, I made an appointment online last night because this is when I have time. I'm going to have to go find somewhere else now." I work a full time job and multiple side gigs like everyone else, I don't have time to wait for a stylist to be present which is why I booked online. It's disappointing because the other reviews are so great.

Nice salon that offers an array of services. Friendly and professional staff always willing to accommodate. I always get lash extensions and hair color done here. Exceptional service and prices
