I’ve been going here off and on for the past two years. This last time I requested cornrows braided in a ponytail. The braids are okay. Definitely not a great job for the price. Braids are different sizes and some of the braids aren’t attached to the scalp. TT the owner needs to learn better customer service. When I asked to see my hair before paying the braider she immediately became defensive. She started raising her voice pointing to a sign on the wall they said services should be paid for prior to hair being started. She then stated “but I didn’t ask for the money first”. I’ve been going to her since the pandemic started in 2020 she was doing good at first now I went to her March to 18 2022 for my birthday she messed up on my braids she’s been my braider for a long time I don’t know what’s wrong with her but I don’t appreciate it at all I’m going to add these photos so y’all can seek exactly what I’m talking about because it’s don’t make no sense I’ve been heard customer for two years

Braid good and use regular products we use in our hair. I went natural and started over from root my hair wouldn't grow for three years going to other braid shop , once I start coming here hair been growing good
