Great experience, would recommend. The technician, Nervin, was very professional, worked to figure out the car problem, and got me towed where I needed to go as quickly as possible. Late on a rainy night it was much appreciated!

Edin picked up my car and we were sent to the wrong place but he was so kind and said my battery just needed tightened and he took the time out to do it for me since I was 7 hours from home.. so grateful and so nice of him!

Nermin, from AEA Towing responded to an AAA scheduled tow request to take my vehicle to the dealership. Once he arrived he determined an overlooked situation that solved the vehicle problem and avoided the trip to the dealership. I was thoroughly impressed with his timeliness, and customer-focused attention. His intuition saved us and we are very grateful. AEA Towing is an easily remembered name and now also is their service.
