I have had 7 dogs treated at Twin Pines and everyone of them has been treated with the up most care especially when it comes down to the end of their lifes. I had to put my Yorkie Bentley down just last week and as heart breaking as it was iDr. Laura and staff made my family feel much better with the decision to let him go. They even extended their hours so that my grandchildren and their parents could be there with him. Words can't express gratitude I have for this establishment.
I have been going to twin pines since I can remember with my mom and all the animals we had. I am now 30 and would never go any where else. They’ve always been awesome with all check ups, vaccines and questions and the occasional “urgent” appointment. But this past week the worst thing happened to my 7 year old boxer, he was attacked and in bad shape!! My fur baby had been sick for a few days and it was becoming worse. I called Twin Pines, they were able to work me in; my girl had thrown up eight times and I was frightened. The techs and vet checked her out, Twin Pines kept her overnight, she was dehydrated along with some type of bug. I was able to bring her home the following evening. From the front desks to the tech’s to the vet, everyone was professional, helpful and put me at ease. I dislike going to doctors but i never mind going to Twin Pines
