I was so nervous about having my cat spayed while also she still had residual milk from breast feeding as the procedure was a bit more complicated, their staff went above and beyond to help ease my anxiety and make me feel absolutely confident that they will take care of my baby. She ended up having an infection and they called me promptly to let me know my options along with their recommendations. They gave me complete freedom in decision making and I would hands down recommend this place to anyone. Job well done.
I have been coming to Twin Pines for as long as I can remember. The ladies at the front desk are always awesome, and even the new faces I have seen have been awesome as well. I can always trust the care from the team.
We love Twin Pines! We used to take our pets to another local vet clinic, and while the treatment we received there was good and we had no issues, the environment was very chaotic and included long wait times. We are so glad we switched to Twin Pines. The attention we receive is wonderful, we are immediately shown into an exam room (even if we are early), our vet (Dr. Kristen) remembers us and our pets, and we feel the pricing is very fair. Highly recommend!
