“3rd year I used OLT. Simple, clear, and the software figures out lots of things once you input your info about income, interest, etc Fed seems to always be free, State return was just $9.95.
Sadly, due to my own chaos, I forgot to enter 2 amounts when I first submitted the return. I realized it a few hours later, and the next day the site allowed me to start an amended return and I added the 2 amounts I originally forgot. Quite easy and straightforward. Before filing the amended return, they gave me the chance to look at and compare the amended vs. original. Also they listed on a separate page all the forms that were changed due to my amendments, so I could be sure I had done it right..“
