I had a toilet on the top floor that busted and flooded thru the ceilings and floors down to the basement on a Friday evening. I called ServePro in St Joseph Mo Sat morning and they were here in couple hrs. There was so much damage:( They were all so kind and moved everything for me furniture, stuff in closets and started the drying out. Sheet rock ceiling, walls, and the flooring had to come down to dry it all out. We had a concern of mold and contacted Servpro of St. Joseph to see if they could service. They came out and inspected the concern and determined that it was mold. Offered us a plan to remediate the issue and came out the following week to treat the area. Both appointments were handled timely and professionally, a job well done. Thank You... read full review
