Making the appointment was easy and quick appointment time. Great communication with the tech and arrival time. Tech was great and diagnosed right away. Pricing was terrible. It took him less than 5 min to diagnose but the price to fix the washer was $845. That’s ridiculous! I purchased a new washer with delivery, install and removal of old washer for $650 from Home Depot. I had to pay $145 for the diagnosis because I declined to pay for the service. Do better! A washer repair should NEVER be more than a brand new washer!

Gary was great. But he couldn't know that the ice maker would or would not work. Said I would know the next day if it would work. It does not work. Tried to reschedule another appointment. They set up a video call and then never showed up. Had an appointment for today still don't have any answers don't know if they're coming have to take off work to take care of this again. I can't get a hold of anybody. And now my phone won't even connect to the website again. I'm not very happy

He was very nice and polite. Checked all the temperature and other diagnostics. Come to find out, the ice maker will need to be replaced. Since it is an old refrigerator, we decided to go and get a new refrigerator. We paid the fee for the service call.
