Just an FYI, their hourly rate starts when the guys clock in, not when they get to your house. so if they take an hour to get there (as they did in my case) you get to pay for them to have breakfast and whatever before they get to your actual job. they were here 2 hours and I paid for 4 hours.+ materials and the owner argued with me that it's totally ethical to do that and he would lose money if he wasn't overcharging me. 8:45 -11 to do a repair and I was charged $450 at $95 an hour... totally adds up if you squint.

Horribly late billing on a continuing job. Overcharging of hours. Accepted the corrected payment, then sent us to collections. Scratched our bathroom cabinets. In addition, one of our faucets failed flooding our building and caused damage.
