I tried to call to ask a couple of questions and only got answering machine telling me to go on their Facebook page. I received an answer the next morning but still wasn't nothing more than vague information on whether or not they take walk-ins

Mindy was absolutely amazing! I had no idea what I wanted or what to do after I attempted to bleach my hair at home. It was so unhealthy. She listened to my concerns and made me feel pretty again! Thank you!!

Rumors Salon is at Top Notch hair salon and the hair beauticians that work there a very experienced and can do just about anything as far as I know with your hair they offer other services it's just a Class A Act
