Chris (our repair person today) was amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. Helped with our immediate issues as well as created a plan to help with long term concerns. Nothing but the best experience.
Jim S. was a great plumber to work with from Roto Rooter. :) He was professional, friendly, great at problem solving and was patient with answering any questions I had. It was our first time using Roto Rooter and we were thankful for efficient way they provided their service. The website scheduler was very helpful to set up a visit in a short period of time as well. Would recommend to others. :)
We had a big issue with a water leak problem. Cory and Tom came and found our problem. They work very well together. Each day they worked they was very good at explaining what needed to be done and why. The job was completed to our satisfaction. Was very happy with their work and thoughtfulness.
