The reservation process and pick up went great. The issue I had was that the sander I rented was defective. I was unable to get it back to be fixed because I was 4 hours away. The return was okay, but I think I should have received money back from not being able to use what I rented.

I rented a mini excavator and a dingo over labor day weekend. Unfortunately, the mini had a breakdown on Sun. It's a machine, sometimes machines fail. But, Rent All made it right and provided great customer service. I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely do my business with them in the future.
