I called to place and order and the lady I spoke with was so friendly and helpful... and three hours later the most amazing floral arrangement was delivered to my mom! It was above and beyond anything I expected!!

I called the floral department to schedule a same-day delivery for a co-worker. Sue answered the phone cheerfully and was ready to assist. Not only did she reassure me that she would put together a fall floral arrangement but she sent a picture via text. Not only did I receive a cheerful worker, but she went above and beyond. It is the small things that people can do to make it a big deal for other people. Thank you!

Ordered a birthday bouquet online for local delivery. It was just as beautiful as described, which isn't always the case with florists. The person who received it was absolutely thrilled and surprised. I saw the bouquet a few days later; it still looked fresh and lovely. I like the online ordering process. Just be sure you're signed in first, or you may have to restart your order. Of course, calling works too, but when you remember in the wee hours, online is perfect! If you can't think of what to put on a card, they have tons of quotes and ideas to help you, too. I went with the classic "Happy Birthday".
