The service man ,James arrived at the scheduled time. He was very conscientious and knowledgeable. James did an excellent job. We were pleased with our service today and would recommend Premier Heating and Cooling.

Service technician was unbelievably communicative and explained everything to me thoroughly. Very pleasant and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. I was appreciative of his recommendations for the future, but yet no pressure to replace parts or system either one. Just education. Thank you for your quality service to the St. Louis area!

Our air conditioning stopped working and when I called Premier Heating and Cooling they sent Brendan right out. Brendan is kind, caring and professional. He got our air fixed in no time. He is the best!!
