James is the grooming department is extremely helpful and kind and truly goes above and beyond in his job! I would definitely recommend taking your pet to see him if you are in need of a grooming appointment and will be coming back! :)

The groomer did what I asked in terms of how she trimmed my dog. He looked good, smelled good and seemed minimally traumatized by being away from us. The groomer seemed knowledgeable about the traditional cut for a Wheaton and was affectionate to my dog.

The groomer was SO GOOD to my pup. It was his first time getting his nails done and he was totally howling and thrashing and generally being a shrieking baby nightmare. Never once did I feel like the groomer was irritated or annoyed by him, and she took so much care to keep him calm. There was even a point where she gave him a break to lay down a minute or two and calm down a smidge. It was just a really cool moment to see somebody who so terribly loves animals doing their best to keep my little dude calm.
