She went above and beyond , explaining the process, assisting the customer in locating model numbers, and directing her technicians with the customers reported problem those communication skills alone earn this business 5 stars ?

I highly recommend this company for any of your appliance needs! Kristina is amazing in making this a smooth process in the beginning. My service tech was Noah he was amazing as well. Came before the scheduled time I was initially given. Took no more than 30mins to fix the issue. Even explained to me what the problem was. I am so grateful I found them and they even got me in with a next day appointment!!!!

Kristina was fun to contact and we quickly came up with appointment for repair. Noah arrived within the time specified and quickly repaired our washer. Good experience all around.
