I called them in the past before covid and requested a quote on obtaining a second unit. Jonathan, the technician was thorough, courteous and easy to talk to. He serviced my unit and spoke in terms I understood and gave me tips to ensure I got the longest life out of the AC. Our A/C was struggling to keep up with the 100 degree temperatures. Josh from Leiber came out to diagnose our problem. Freon leak in the inner coil and obviously low on freon. He added freon to get us through the weekend and we are strongly considering putting in new equipment. Our system (that they installed in 2006) has worked seamlessly.
