You will be charged $100 for simply placing an appointment. Then the following was my experience. Was told I had an appointment the next day and that the tech would be at my place at whatever time after leaving the main office by 8am. 13 hours and 6 calls later, I was told I would be the first appointment in the morning the next day and that the tech would be at my door by 10am.It is now 10am. I called different company who promised me a tech within 2 hours with no charge until the tech is at my home.
