Frank and his team were awesome to work with. Their quality of work was phenomenal. I had his team work on a number of different odd projects in getting a house ready to sell and the house has great curb appeal and inside views based on the work his team did. I'd give them a 4.5 rating if I could based on some of the timing it took to get the whole project done. In reality, anyone you want to do work is going to take time and the best contractors are not immediately available so that's to be expected. If you are looking for some help with remodeling, you should reach out to Jackson Custom Homes and Remodeling. We have used them over the years with adding a new basement bedroom and bathroom, replacing doors and porch columns, painting, installing flooring, help installing a small bar and most recently updating the staircase to our second floor. Jackson always gives fair bids and sticks to timelines as best as possible, their staff/subcontractors have been courteous and respectful of our property and genuinely nice people to work with. We are very pleased with the work that was done in our home from Jackson custom homes. All of the contractors were very polite, hard-working, and wanted to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. The price for our project was reasonable and the quality of work was superior. We will use them again for future projects.
