Only the best things to say about Hounds Town! I had an emergent family situation and had one day to find a place that would take my dogs, Aria & Harley, for an extended time, with no known end date. The folks at Hounds Town welcomed my two girls with open arms and they adjusted quickly. I loved seeing pictures of them here on Facebook almost daily, and every staff member I had an interaction with to would tell me about their adoration for Aria and Harley. My girls were here for a month and a half, and I am so, so grateful for everyone here at this wonderful facility! They will 100% treat your dogs like family, with well deserved love and respect.
Wonderful staff. We came in on a Sunday for daycare not knowing they do not do daycare on Sundays. The staff was wonderful and very nice to inform us of this in a very professional manner. We will be back for sure on their daycare days.
My miniature poodle, Apollo, loves hounds town St.Charles! We first tried their daycare services. We met with the owner and introduced Apollo to the new environment. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and informative. I had a tonnnn of questions because I never left my pup with anyone outside of family and I’ve always heard bad things about other boarding places but they answered every last question and made me feel very comfortable. They were also very patient with my puppy who also was a little nervous and excited.
