Jake was great at keeping me abreast to the business side of things. We have not had the best luck with hired service. Refloor may have redeemed our faith in what is possible when hiring someone to do the job right, efficiently and at a great value. Rarely can you receive all 3 at the same time.“

She was willing to split the installation into two different times due to construction. The head of installation always called a few days before to verify date and time. “I’ve been wanting these floors since seeing them at Veterinary Specialty Services more than a decade ago. We had them put in our dog daycare room 2 weeks ago and they are absolutely amazing and look phenomenal! We had them put the epoxy up the walls to the chair rail to help prevent damage from the dogs chewing and lifting their legs. Matt and his team were so great to work with, by far the best contractor I’ve worked with in 15 years. His crew was on time, cleaned up after their selves and always let us know when they were leaving and what they were doing so we could continue business as usual. They even finished a few days early. 5+ starts for Desco, it’s not cheap but you certainly get what you pay for and it’s worth it!“

“Ambassador recently replaced the carpet in several rooms on the first floor of our house with hardwood. Beginning with our sales contact, Clair Pangilinan, through the scheduler, and ending with the installers, Travis, Brian/Bryan, and Anthony, and a final visit upon completion of the installation by Joe Guldner, we could not be more satisfied. Clair won’t waste your time. He clearly explains options and costs. He promptly came to our house to measure the floor areas and provided a bid shortly thereafter. During the entire process, Clair promptly responded to any questions and issues we had and helped us to obtain interest free financing. This proved to be a bit of a challenge as I had forgotten that I had put a freeze on our credit with all three credit agencies. Long story short, we were denied credit because the credit agency Ambassador uses thought I was dead.
During Clair’s visit to our home to measure the flooring area, I showed him the flooring in an area in our lower level that we planned to change in the near future, and he suggested that we would be happier if we reduced the area. It wasn’t a significant reduction, but nevertheless it demonstrated that Clair was focused on our interests.
Travis and his crew subsequently showed up promptly over each of the scheduled four days to complete the installation. They were responsive and courteous, and they cleaned up each day before they left. We had a lot of furniture to move to install the flooring, and they worked hard to ensure that the furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it after the flooring was installed, moving it several times. After completing the installation, they and Joe walked us through the type of floor protectors we should use underneath our furniture and how to care for the floors. Exemplary work by all.“
