She explained what she was doing, made sure I felt comfortable, listened to my expectations, then executed a mutual plan to get the desired results. She made sure I understood what changes to expect during the following 2 weeks of the healing process. I have now completed the touch up session as well. My brows look completely natural with a better shape than my original brows! I no longer need to use a brow pencil at all. I truly believe that Susan is the best at what she does! “I was impressed with my experience at Amazing Lash. I’ve been getting my lashes done on and off for about nine years, so I’m familiar with the general process, but I learned a few new things during my service – such as, how to handle the lashes while washing to make it less likely to break the bond. I also appreciated that they present the different offerings in a visual way that makes it easier to identify what might appeal to you most. I liked the private, cozy rooms, adjustable tables and provided blanket. The lash stylist enters notes about your session, including the humidity conditions, into a wall-mounted tablet—they maintain this central record system so if you have to come in and see someone else for a fill, they know what to do, which extensions to use and what look you’re expecting. This a big benefit, especially when you get to be in a pinch and really need a fill and can’t see your regular person. I also found the price to be incredibly reasonable, and the timing was on point. (I have had to leave other extensionists because the fills simply take too long -- beautiful work, but I can't swing the time investment.) Finally, the manager is very good, very professional and truly cares about customer satisfaction.“

“Hands down, one of the best manicures (dip) and pedicures (gel) I’ve ever received. Each person there wasn’t just a professional…but they were also incredibly warm and inviting. The space is delightful: full of light and immaculate. I only wished I wasn’t just visiting St. Louis for work as this would quickly become my favorite spa. (Picture is 5 days post manicure and lots of wear/tear due to travel to give you an idea of the high quality.)“
