After recent hail storm in O’Fallon. Contacted Donovan roofing and construction for an inspection. Brendan Snyder showed up to talk about damage. He was was very knowledgeable and very personable. Answered all questions and seemed to care. Kept in contact with us while we waited for adjuster and claim to be processed . Ultimately went with different contractor due to insurance/neighbors recommendations. But Brendan was so nice and thoughtful I just had to leave a review.
Have worked with Donovan Roofing for a couple years now after buying an older home with a clay tile roof. Their first roof inspection report was very thorough, including aerial images, and clearly outlined the state of the roof and areas needing work. They're affordable and responsive considering the somewhat niche roof type we have for this area. We've been nothing but happy since we first started working with them.Mike always takes the time to explain the work necessary and it's greatly appreciated. Honest and trustworthy.
Very overwhelming first insurance claim, James and Donovan roofing made the process very easy and stress free. Roof and siding look amazing. Would use again and highly recommend Donovan
