Here is the main difference I have already noticed between Dr. Lacie and other physical therapy avenues. Dr.Lacie is going to correct the problem and teach you techniques so it doesn't come back not just a band-aid fix that allows the issue to resurface a couple months later. “I've been seeing chiropractors for 40 years. I told Dr. Shawn while I was being adjusted at various locations I noticed my rib cage was hurting. He asked me if I had bumped my head recently and I really had to think about that. Then I remembered on vacation unloading the minivan I hit my head pretty hard on the tailgate while it was backed up to the sidewalk. He proceeded to adjust my cranial plates and lo and behold the pain was gone! I go out of my way to drive up to see him every other weekend when he works. Whoever mentored Dr. Shawn did an amazing job. He is truly the best chiropractor I have ever been to and I have seen at least eight other chiropractors over the years.“

“Had a great massage the day before my half marathon. Signed up for a 30 min massage for the end of the day, and the owner (how did I not ask his name?!?) ended up giving me an hour plus massage. Despite making him stay longer than expected, he was patient answering my questions, and we even went back to the table so he could work on me a bit more. They had moved into the space recently, so the place doesn't look as nice and "hip" as others, but if I lived in the area, I would definitely return. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a massage in St. Charles. To the owner, I recommend putting up a sign so the place is easier to find. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, even just "True Massage Therapy" printed in large font on an 8x11" paper and taped to the door will make it easier for clients to find.“
