His charges are much lower than others in the area and he is always sensitive to the environment while doing his work. There have even been times that he has recommended we wait and see if a swarm moved on before charging for services, as we may not need them. He is great!“

“I've used Midwestern for 10+ years for general spraying (for spiders and ants). They have always been great to deal with and their prices have been very fair. I'm in the process of selling my home, and the buyer's lender required a termite treatment, even though we don't have any, nor do we have previous damage from termites. The service was $450, which was $100 cheaper than the company the buyer's agent recommended. The technician who came out was very polite and professional. The first guy seemed unhappy with his job or maybe having an upsetting day. Alvin is a breath of fresh air.Even though they couldn’t get rid of the original issue they are keeping the other creepy crawlers away.I wouldn’t recommend the service unless I knew Alvin was the guy they’d be meeting.“

But someone at their office forgot to add me to the schedule but they corrected it after I called and I am very happy with how my lawn looks. Make sure to follow up with them after a week to confirm you are scheduled. Would have given this company 5 stars except for the scheduling problem.“
