I have been using Happy Tails strictly for grooming for years. I cannot say enough about the stellar customer service. The people are what make Happy Tails so great.
If you are considering using Happy Tails for any of their services, i highly recommend you do.
I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. My dog has gotten groomed here twice now and every single time I am beyond happy with how she comes out. CHLOE is such a sweetheart and so talented, she spoke with me about what we want and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog with her. My dog is usually shy but she came back like a new woman.
So far we have been treated professionally and courteously. The process for orientation was explained clearly and the dogs seemed to have had a great time. We will continue to use the doggy daycare and probably expand to their other services.
