Wommack Monument Company in Aurora Missouri provided knowledgeable and helpful information before the sale, and support after the sale that could not be beat. Even with the shipping issues caused by a worldwide pandemic, Michelle knew to within a week of when my parents stone would arrive. Having no experience with this sort of thing I had many questions, and Michelle and Paula were never anything but pleasant and helpful over the phone. When I mentioned that I had several generations of both sides of my family in that cemetery Michelle took their names and mapped their locations in the cemetery for me. Product and installation were okay – customer service needs work. Lindsay was sympathetic and accommodating during the selection and purchase process. She was patient and helpful with cemetery rules. After the purchase it took longer than expected to have the monument installed. The excuse was never receiving the signed proof – even though it was returned via email by replying to an email she sent to us. A few weeks later, we called to notify her of a new email; she again claimed that she had never received the email – which was also sent replying to an email she had sent. My sister and I worked with Lindsay to chose a headstone for our parents. At no time was there any attempt to persuade us to spend more than we budgeted. The proof of the design was timely and the work on the headstone was complete quickly. The workmanship is wonderful and our family is very pleased. We would recommend Wommack Monument to others.
