If they give you a Zio heart monitor they won't tell you adhesive removal pads are hiding in the middle of your booklet. Any oil will safely remove it. I used grapeseed oil, the tech on the Zio product phone line suggested baby oil or any other oil. Peel back the edge, wipe with a paper towel covered in oil, and keep peeling it off. You're welcome!

If I could I’d give them 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The people who work here are wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring. It’s a safe environment to be educated and helped to recovery. The people here are The Best.

There is NO OTHER PLACE within 100miles Id trust my heart to!
Im still goin, quite smoking 🚬 🚭 and been gaining healthy weight and my Heart surgery, THANKS TO GOD & PRAYERS went so smoothly and was such a success I felt like doin cart wheels off the table when I woke up.
It was amazing I wasn't exhausted just from breathing, my hands and feet are warm and pink again!!!
Praise God & the AMAZING DRS. here!
