After I was in the cigarette line with my things on the belt Today the cashier reached up and turned the light off and said she was closed couldn't check us out right after we moved to another lane she starts checking people out again rudest Walmart in Springfield mo over all but cashier Jessica has taken the cake today

My husband and I stopped in to return k cups purchased at a different Walmart in Springfield . We had our store receipt. This location did not carry the Starbucks extra caffeine k cups so we could not get a refund. Surprised that Walmart's did not honor purchases from other Walmart locations. The manager was rude and plainly was only able to spout Walmart policy. I can accept store policy but not rudeness. This particular manager also made faces which I saw at me. Seriously... is this the best Walmart can develop for their management positions?
