We were lucky enough to encounter Robin and Bill on a spontaneous Zillow house visit. My husband and I were clueless first time homebuyers. Bill and Robin were so kind to us, guiding us through the whole process and being available for us after our work hours to check out houses and help us with reminders and paperwork. The lenders they suggested to us were wonderful to work with! It was the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. My fiancé and I contacted Robin from Washington state to buy a home in the state of Missouri! I can’t even begin to describe how helpful she was! She was available at all hours and weekends to help us buy a house not physically being in the state. She was very personable and patient and answered every question we had. Highly recommend her and her husband when buying a home!
