I took my 11 year old, senior boxer to Dr. Cynthia Wiseman. He has arthritis pain, joint pain and overall age problems. The exam was very, very thorough and the care was amazing, as she tried to insure our dog was living his best life at his age. I couldn't have asked for a more complete exam. I also appreciated that they have a CBD technician on staff who could answer questions and provide advice for extended care.
We have taken our personal and foster dogs here for many years. I was very happy when Cynthia Wiseman became certified in acupuncture and was able to give us extra time with our Great Dane when she became painful from spinal issues. I've always felt like the staff was very friendly and cared about our pets. Sometimes when I read bad reviews it annoys me, especially comments about veterinarians being late for your appointment. If you just stop to think about it, if someone else is late to their appointment it puts them behind. If someone comes in and the dog/cat has multiple issues that need addressed it will put them behind. Wouldn't you want the same care given to your pet? It's the same as when you see your own doctor. Some days they run behind because of issues beyond their control. Also, of course you will be charged for their time. If you want nails trimmed, etc. there is a charge just like if you took your pet to a groomer to have it done. Please treat your veterinarian with the respect they deserve.
