I’m very happy I went here, they had a system where it kept you up to date on how the progress was going on the my computer. affordable prices, did general maintenance. Great customer service. And made sure I saw that the computer was working, and was happy with the service. I highly recommend PC PROS

Fried the charging port on my laptop, Brandon was able to get it in take apart and reassemble so I could use it til parts came in and then got it back in and out within a few hrs when parts came in. More than satisfied with all repairs

They are so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable! They are much more respectful and mature compared to other computer repair options in Springfield and they can actually FIX your equipment and not just clean it!
