She was very patient and talked me through the whole process. She has been doing services for over 15 years and is the sweetest lady. I spent part of my birthday at Acacia Spa using a gift certificate for a 90 minute massage. The massage was performed by Miles, who has a professional, warm, and very calming/relaxing demeanor. He is skilled at what he does and I highly recommend him. He took his time to work on the "problem areas" I had mentioned but didn't overwork them all at once. He spent time, then moved on and allowed a time to rest the area, then returned later in the massage to continue. His choice of aromatherapy was fantastic and just added to the perfection of the service.

The spa itself is STELLAR. I really could go on and on, but I will just say this - make time to stay and enjoy the spa and all of it's amazing amenities that you are given access to when booking a service. The eucalyptus steam shower, dry sauna, cold room, rain shower, relaxation room and courtyard was a fun surprise...I had no idea that was also part of the included amenities with this spa! I can't say when I last enjoyed a day like yesterday...and I can't wait to return.“
