the owner came out and inspected my furnace and told me what was wrong,then he looked up my warranty and found out I was still in warranty. He saved me money. On top of that, he said it would be a few days to get the part in, but he showed up the next day with the part and installed it before it got cold this wknd. Very nice man. I highly recommend this company
I asked for and was given an estimate by James (Business Owner) to replace our furnace and air conditioner.The price was within our budget for equipment I like, Rheem. It comes with a 10 year parts, 1 year labor warranty.The day of installation, James and his employee arrived as promised and removed my old equipment and installed the new. The installation required replacement of some copper lines and pvc run under the house as well as some fabrication of sheet metal.They worked steadily and methodically.
